Be A Smile!™ EnergyAttration concept is about "Creating a World in Harmony™" through sharing our personal energy.
I believe a smile is one of the purest forms of participation, with ourself and others. When our energy is low, if we force a smile, like opening the 'choke' on an old car, :), which allows the fuel 'energy' to start flowing. Pretty soon, if we keep watching, our spirits will lighten. AND if we throw in a laugh, wow! it's like giving ourself a 'tune up and a super charge'. I've found this shakes up our stopped thoughts and actions, and gets us moving...like switching 'gears' in a car! This is what I call 'personal energy'. Something we all have and the more we become aware of it, one more gift to share.
And that's what this site is all about, self motivation, creating a new vibration. Participating with the world. Sharing what makes us smile. What fuels our imagination. Our choices. And setting desires by committing to an action with passion.

A Southern California born artist, Kareen Ross, creates art that is intended to challenge conventional perception, share insights, motivate, encourage and arouse emotions through positive images.
With a “Be It Now!®” philosophy that she lives by and expresses in her work, Kareen encourages us all to be the IT in our lives, to embrace IT, encourage IT and most of all... energize IT!
Kareen Ross Creative Energy Coaching offers personalized coaching for people looking to connect with and increase their energy possibilities.
My diverse background makes me uniquely qualified for creative energy motivational services as a way to share what has worked for me throughout my business professional and personal life experiences.
Business qualifications include, successfully run my own creative design, art /coaching/ consulting and fine art business for the past 15 years, working with small businesses creating marketing and advertising collateral and assisting authors, fulfill their dreams through self publishing, 25+ years in advertising and marketing, daily creating out-of-the-box ideas, new perspectives and ways of seeing and approaching situations for individuals and major corporations.
Personal qualifications include, being self employed as well as worked at corporations, overcame 25 years of back problems, faced many female challenges such as how to move through menopause with grace and a smile, growing up in So. California, two 10 year marriages, raising my son who is 35 years old, make a living as an artist, assisted friends with addictive dependencies, participated in continuing education in the areas of self- help, self-awareness, self-discovery, meditation, feng shui and hands-on-healing. I've recently created a line of characters, the Bebuddies®, for children that serve as "little life coaches" with books and activities that reinforce personal development concepts.
I hold certifications in NLP neuro-linguistic programming, TimeLineTherapy®, hypnosis, therapeutic imagery, EFT emotional freedom techniques, Life Coaching through CTA, Sat Nam Rasayan hands-on-healing, Feng Shui and self-publishing consulting.
As we begin to feel just ‘how’ growth can be an exciting process, AND as WE become more familiar with our own unique way of being us, our fun and play, we will learn to see how doors open ... allowing our natural creativity to shine.
