Hello, and thank you for your interest in the BeASmile.com Energy Concepts.

Don't have the energy like you did before? ... I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to wish I had more energy to do the things I wanted to. I was frustrated, unhappy, tired and unsure. I had questions and where do I start was the big one. This lead me searching for answers about my mind, body, chemistry and personal energy and how I work.

When I started menopause my doctor told me I was too young, (I was 42), and I was imagining the feeling I was having. HA! --- I sat right up in the middle of my yearly exam and told him I wanted to be tested and if he wouldn’t order it, I’d find someone else...the results were I was in menopause. And, since I'm a believer in gaining knowledge wherever I can, I started asking every woman who looked old enough to know, “What menopause was like for them?” I learned that it shows up differently for everyone in both age and symptoms.

Over the next few years I started having hot flashes, night sweats, weight problems, memory mix ups, aches / pains and joined the 2:30 a.m. “I’m Awake... NOW what do I DO” Club. “THIS HAS TO STOP!” I said, and went looking for answers.

I started with learning about becoming my best friend and how to connect with my internal and external awareness from many teachers and sources on the mind/body connection.

Then I went on to nutrition and found out about the acid/alkaline balance and how this affects all our body chemistry.

Finally, rounding it all out with neuro linguistic programming, visualization and emotional freedom techniques to bring it all into a tighter focus and application.
