Ownership of the NFT does not confer any ownership in the Art If you elect to purchase an “EGGsly” through our smart contract, any financial transactions that you engage in will be conducted solely through the Ethereum network. (KR) will have no insight into or control over these payments or transactions, nor do (KR) have the ability to reverse any transactions. You agree that (KR) will have no liability to you or to any third party for any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any transactions that you engage or any other transactions that you conduct via the Ethereum network. The non-exclusive license that is granted applies only to the extent that You continue to own the applicable Purchased NFT. If at any time You sell, trade, donate, give away, transfer, or otherwise dispose of Your Purchased NFT for any reason, the license granted in this section will immediately expire with respect to those Purchased NFTs without the requirement of notice, and you will have no further rights in or to the Art for those NFTs. By purchasing the “EGGsly” NFTs from “EGGsly”, You acknowledge and agree that all terms of this Agreement are binding on any subsequent owner and that You will bind the subsequent owner to all the terms of this Agreement, such that the subsequent owner must bind any succeeding owner to the terms of this Agreement, and so on, thus, causing all owners of the purchased “EGGsly” NFTs to be subject to this Agreement. 7.
